Addiction Recovery: Breaking Free and Embracing a Life of Wellness

At PLAZA Health and Wellness Center, we provide a healing environment that recognizes the many barriers someone must overcome to treat substance use issues with opiates.

Everyone deserves the chance to heal themselves, repair their relationships, rejoin their communities, and restore balance.

We’re here to show you that healing and recovery are within reach and that we can help you.

We are here for anyone who needs to overcome opioid addiction—no one should have to experience the process without a support system they can rely on. We have a private, comfortable, safe, and accepting center where you can get treatment.

We know how to treat opioid addiction successfully, and we have the two factors that can make the difference for you: the right doctor and medication

Using science and medicine, we treat addiction through an evidence-based approach that addresses substance sources, symptoms, and contributors.

PLAZA Health and Wellness Center is an Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) offering Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) outpatient treatment for men and women struggling with addiction to opioids.

At PLAZA, we give you the time and the tools to repair, rehabilitate and restore your well-being.

OBOT provides treatment for people seeking recovery from opioid use disorder in an outpatient setting with prescription medication-assisted treatment and counseling.

OBOT is an outpatient addiction treatment for people with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). OBOT is a type of MAT that is recognized by the Substance Abuse and Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), and the World Health Organization (WHO) as the gold-standard therapeutic approach for treating people with OUD.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is the most successful treatment for opioid addiction, a fact supported by years of data. Our MAT program offers a tailored combination of medication, counseling, and behavioral therapies. These medications help ease your discomfort during detox withdrawal and post-detox recovery.

Your treatment starts with your clinical consultation. We’ll discuss your medical history and what opioids you’re currently taking. We’ll develop a rehab strategy to help you stop the use of opioids.

We’ll prescribe medications to help reduce your craving for opioids and address the mental side of addiction.

These medications could include Suboxone (a combination of buprenorphine and naloxone), Vivitrol, or Subutex.

At PLAZA Health, we welcome you with respect, treat you with empathy and compassion, and help you rediscover life on your terms.

You can invite anyone important to you to participate in the process—if you want them involved, we want them involved.

No matter where you are in your recovery journey, we can help.
