When you visit PLAZA Health and Wellness Center in Fair Lawn, NJ, you have access to a team committed to providing you with a personal healthcare experience. 

 

At PLAZA Health, we provide Primary Care to adult patients of all health levels. Each visit is as long as you need to address your health concerns.

Our Primary Care works well for: ​

 

  • Patients who want to take an active role in improving and maintaining their health.

  • Patients who have high-deductible health plans, copayments / co-insurance, or do not have insurance.

  • A health care visit exam includes a complete physical, general blood and lab work, and screenings.

  • The pricing covers a variety of procedures and tests, but not all. We work with diagnostic testing centers to offer reasonable prices for these procedures. We will inform you if there is an additional charge for any service before proceeding.

Aesthetic and Wellness services vary significantly in price depending on the specific treatment. While listing a general price range may be helpful, it can also be misleading if it doesn't consider individual factors such as your unique needs and any additional services that may be required.

 

Aesthetic and Wellness services are highly personalized and tailored to your needs. Without a consultation, it can be challenging to determine the appropriate treatment plan for you, which can impact the overall cost.

 

We do not include pricing for cosmetic and aesthetic services on our website for a few reasons. We never want the price to factor in your decision to complete a procedure. The experience of the doctor and your comfort are as important as the price of the procedure when choosing cosmetic injections.

  • Since most patients are unsure which injectable is best for their goals, we combine different types of products and services. When we do this, we can offer you better pricing. We will provide you with specific pricing after your free consultation.

  • We encourage your participation in loyalty rewards programs for all the companies we use. As a member of these programs, you will earn points. These programs run specials, so viewing their websites before your appointment is essential to receive specials directly from them.
