First-Time Visit:

Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the mandatory health-related documents and take a “before” photo for the aesthetic appointments. If you have questions before your first appointment, please call us at 201-509-8900.

Consultations and Appointments:

PLAZA Health and Wellness offers free consultations, and appointments are required.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our patients, we kindly request that you give us at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Policy:
If you cannot arrive on time, we will do our best to complete as much of the treatment as possible. Keep in mind that some treatments may necessitate rescheduling your appointment.

Payment Policy:

Payment is due at the time of service. If you have any questions about our payment policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.
