IMPORTANT NOTES:

For us to travel to you, we require a minimum of five attendees receiving a service (minimum spending requirement of $200 per attendee).

In most states, an owner/operator cannot "hire" a doctor; instead, the doctor would have to collect any fees for their services directly. To manage this requirement, we will process all charges for cosmetic services through our POS system. Our practice has liability coverage for out-of-office events.
